I very much enjoyed the corporate Yoga via Zoom with LAI, it helped me to relax, get through my day, and focus better on my work. Yoga at work, even though it was a short quick session, it was something I looked forward to, it helped clear my mind and concentrate better. I wish I had kept it up at home. I appreciated you as an instructor, because you had a calm, soothing voice and kept the moves so that I could do them.

Corporate Yoga by Sarah was a very unique & cool experience. If I'm being completely honest it was at first just another item on my calendar that I would check off but once I got into it and made the choice to surrender I found myself breathing better, focusing on my posture & being present during the yoga, which then allowed me to be more present at work. Your prompts and cadence seemed appropriate and not too rushed. I'm glad I chose to participate as it is something I would never have done otherwise. I love coming to Yoga to find a little peace and practice calm. I was also having a numb spot on the front of my ribs, and even though I was pregnant (which usually made it worse) after coming regularly to yoga it went away! That was amazing. I love a good mix of slow, deep stretching, and some strength training.

I really enjoyed attending your yoga session even though as I said, it's hard, it hurts. My body is not very flexible so yoga is difficult, but I realize that is good for me. Sarah is a great instructor, she made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable environment.

Sarah loves practicing Yoga and her enthusiasm shows in her movements and her teaching. She is very friendly and welcoming. She prepares well for each class with yoga poses that flow into each other and as we move through the poses, she verbally describes how each pose should be reached. At each class, she encourages us to do our best but reminds us to always listen to our bodies and respect what our bodies can do in relation to the asanas. Her yoga classes are the best!!
